Download the Ledger Live application from the official Ledger website.
Install the application on your desktop following the on-screen instructions.
Open Ledger Live once the installation is complete.
Connect your Ledger device to your computer using the USB cable.
Follow the instructions on the Ledger device to set it up (set a PIN, write down your recovery phrase).
In Ledger Live, select 'Get started' and then choose 'Set up as new device' if it's your first time or 'Restore device from recovery phrase' if you've used a Ledger before.
Navigate to the 'Accounts' tab in Ledger Live.
Click on 'Add account'.
Select the cryptocurrency you want to add and follow the on-screen instructions to add your account.
Navigate to the 'Receive' tab.
Choose the account you want to receive the cryptocurrency in.
Verify the address shown on your Ledger device matches the one in Ledger Live.
Use this address to receive cryptocurrency.
Navigate to the 'Send' tab.
Choose the account from which you want to send cryptocurrency.
Enter the recipient's address and the amount you wish to send.
Confirm the transaction on your Ledger device.
